The Multi Scheduling Unit project is a process innovation project of Meizhou Bay Port of SDIC and Nanchang Railway Bureau, which deeply excavates the operation efficiency potential of loading building, improves the utilization rate of shunting machine, fully releases the railway freight transport capacity within the management scope of Putian east railway station. Also, this project provides reference for similar projects in the Province to jointly tackle key problems. From project establishment to implementation, the project has been paid highly attention and supported by the leaders of SDIC transportation and Nanchang Railway Bureau. The transportation company has given strong support and review in all aspects such as process demonstration and scheme comparison and selection. Leaders of Railway Bureau have presided over and held special research meetings for many times, and all departments, depots and field staff of the Railway Bureau actively coordinate and cooperate in the whole process.
On February 17, 2020, at 2:30 p.m., 48 coal wagons loaded with coal completed dust suppression and glue spraying operation, and stopped at the railway line in the plant smoothly. At field, people were full of joy, which marked that the first domestic coal loading remote operation automatic traction equipment "Multi Scheduling Unit" provided by Dalian Sanfeng Port Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully completed the heavy load commissioning. During the period of operation, the MSU moves smoothly without and skid, all performance meet the requirements.
